Each senshi has the max of six attacks. If your senshi has less than six powers you may make up some. ie:
SailorUranus:
1. World shaking
2. Space sword blaster
She has two powers, you may make up four more. Butthey must be okayed by us.

Powers takes energy. The more powerful an attack, the more energy it drains from the character. Use powers wisely. 

No Sailor Earth or Sun or Star. Earth was Mamoru AND no one can live on the sun or starts because they are big masses of exploding gas and fire. The SailorStarLights are senshi of STARLIGHT not STARS. It was never said where they were really from. And that is our BS.

No SailorChibiMars or Sailor Blue Saturn that looks like Saturn with blue hair. NO look alikes. We encourage creativity here.

If you have a senshi not named after their planet- please give a good reason why. ie "SailorRainbow, SailorHarmonica, SailorHappyFace"

Fill out the bio completely. If your fan senshi doesn't know or remeber- specify and put it in brackets.

We encourage you to make changes to Naoko's senshi as much has happened over time and battles. IE: temperment, scars, fighting style ect..

We're going by the Japanese anime. Please use only the Japanese names ie: ("Tsukino Usagi"). Senshi names are one word ie: ("NeoSailorMoon"), no mixing names ie: (Serena Tsukino), and please do your homework. If you don't know specifics about your character look it up. We recommend: www.cosmicunicorn.com/sssmap/

You do not have to be an original senshi. You may be people like: Naru, Umino, Luna, Artimis etc..

If you wish to be the child or lover of a senshi, please discuss this with the senshi's player. Do not apply to be a child or lover of a senshi if the senshi is not yet being played in the RPG 

Playing Rules
When your accepted- START ROLEPLAYING IMMIDIATLY! You have at most 3 days to do so- or you will be kicked out.

DO NOT put the list settings on NO EMAIL.
The least you can have on AsylumRPG is DAILYDIGEST.
On AsylumOOC you may set it to SPECIAL notice- so you just recieve important messages from the mods and updates on the site.

Post at least once every two weeks. This is the Bare minimum, most rpgs require their players to post three to five times a week, we're being more the generous here.

Please type in full sentances when applying. No Leet, and no "L8r" "Ur" ect.

Your first language must be English. No Exceptions.

When posting, please put the characters present in the topic. Example: A good plot (Mars, Ami, Moon,Haze)

Please change the subject line when the plot requires it. Example: 13 post ago, the subject was "mars in the hotseat" and involved mars in a ring of her own fire, but Mercury saved her, though shes in the hospital, so Mercury went to the Queen to give a report, now they're discussing stratigy. "mars in the hotseat" is no longer relevent, so it's time for a change.

Please post in depth posts. Try to get into the character's mind. There's no limit to the size a post can be, but if the majority of your posts are " "ok! I'll get on that!" She turned to walk off into the palace." Then there's something missing there.

No powergaming/godmoding. No perfect characters. Flaws are good, flaws are human.

In a storyline, please do not interchange between Civilian name, and Senshi name. If you're playing Mercury, and she's in senshi form, don't call her Mercury one paragraph, then Ami the next, unless she de-transformed. Pick a form for the plot and STICK with it. Hint: The senshi rarely ever become civillian, or even princess anymore.

NO auto hits
Don't post like this:
"Sailor Moon grabs the villain by the arm and in a fit of rage, pulls his arm clean off and whacks him over the head with it."
An auto hit is when one player attacks, and decides the outcome. If attacking, the Victim has to choose weather the attack is successful- like this:
"Sailor moon, in a fit of rage, reaches for Devious Minds' arm, intending to pull it clean off and whack him over the head with it." 
Then Devious's player would get to post if the move was successful. 
"Devious Minds moves out of the way just in time to avoid the attack." 

No Playerkilling. You may not kill another persons character without first asking the player

There are no "scouts". "Scouts" are the NorthAmerican version. We will however, accept senshi, and soldier.

If you wish to rp sexual content, please play it off of the list- some of us don't wish to be forced to read your nookie. 

Swearing in general is all right. However, please keep it in character. 

There's a three strikes your out policy on rules and characters. Do not oblidge and you will be banned from the rp.

We strongly suggest the players have private conversations without the Mods present to stratagize. Just make sure its realistic, rational, and won't piss off the mods.

We will ban any players whom can't play like nice little children.

What Is Essence?
What does Essence look like?
Essence are six small, slim crystals in the shape of a dragonfly. The form the head, the body, and the four delecate wings.

How is it stolen?
With specially enhanced weapons, A tear is formed in the target's aura, that is, the energy of their person. A mist seeps out of the opening and rises to the attackers hand, only to solidify into the crystal dragonfly.

States of Essence.
1- The Aura: The invisible life energy surrounding every living thing.
2- The Mist: The gasious,perlecent state of Essence. It's lighter then air and coloured in the targets main colour.
3- Dragonfly: The crystal/solid state. A shimmering dragonfly.

What are the Symptoms of Essence theft?
The victem gets weaker, until the essence is fully drained from the aura. After about a minut and a half of essance-absence, the victem's body and mind dies. Permenently. However, most of the Asylum kill there victems soon after Essence is taken.
Note: if a victem clutches there essence crystal close to their chest, they can still move and live and walk and talk, but on a weaker level.

How is Essence used?
Essence is used to give life or energy to those who process it.

What colours does Essence come in?
Any colour. The lighter or purer the colour, the more powerful it is. Sailormoon's/Selenity's is probably the most powerful on Earth.

So, it's the same as a pureheart or Starseed?
No. No, essence is a much less magical thing. Villains obviously do not have pure hearts, and starseeds are passe. But every living thing has an energy, an essence.
