Like most RPGs, PC is strict when it comes to guardians. Although not
uberly strict to the point where we would reject your whole application
due to your guardian, we do expect guardians to be relevant to your
senshi’s genre in some way. We may accept your character, but not your
guardian, for instance, the same goes with weapon.
There can only be one guardian per senshi of either gender and
again, they must have relevance to your senshi in some way. Sailor Rap
would not be seen prancing around with a prissy, hot pink bunny by
her side, for instance.
As stated before, guardians are Lyrican citizens as well.
They have the ability to transform in and out of their animal form
whenever. Even with this privilege that the original BSSM guardians did
not have, they are discouraged from staying in their human form as a
guardian from another side may recognize their Lyrican features too.
Guardians, even in Las Vegas, live dangerous lives where they must try
their best not to be found out by the opposing side.
Of course, for the Alto senshi, their guardians are the most
loyal followers of Queen Calliope in the Notios Kingdom. And for the
Soprano senshi, their guardians hold the Guardian rank in the Boreios
Kingdom and being this is such a high rank, the Soprano guardians tend
to be a bit egotistical and not used to unadorned places on Earth or
the food they must try and eat as an animal.
The guardians have been living on Earth for up to 25 years
and most understand how Earth works very well, especially since it is much
like their own Lyrica. While on Earth, guardians do not reveal their
Lyrican names to anyone even if their fellow, allied guardians on their
side most likely know them from their home planet. This is done to
protect any sort of additional brawls on Lyrica from taking place if
anything happens to either side’s guardians, who hold very high
statuses and much popularity in their country.
Guardians always have relevance to your senshi in some way
or another, generally shown by their animal type. People sometimes use guardians as a quick way for
characters to be discovered as a senshi. And honestly, prospective members: don't create a guardian so your character is easily awakened as a senshi. Don’t
worry about your character being discovered, we will take care of you! Guardians can detect a future senshi of the same side and awaken their
senshi selves; you do not need to create a guardian of your own solely for
this purpose!
Lyrica, as stated in the setting section, has adopted the Greek dialect due to Greece's prominence in the arts, especially music, throughout the years thus guardian's true names must be in Greek. The aliases of guardians do not have to be relevant
to your senshi’s genre or realm, but can be an abbreviated, jumbled up, or simplified version of the Lyrican name.
Example: (Sailor Jungle) Because Sailor Jungle's guardian's true name is Leonidas, he adopted the nickname Leon for his guardian form to conceal his identity.
